The Preventative Maintenance Program confirms
that every piece of operating equipment is tracked systematically
for scheduled maintenance activity. Every piece. HVAC, kitchen equipment,
door hardware, smoke detectors - just name it. All operating equipment
is given proper care.
Property Walks are conducted on a monthly basis
to inspect each hotel top to bottom. Is there carpet or furniture
that needs replacing? Is it time to renovate the lobby? On a quarterly
basis, the principals of BPG participate in these inspections and
capital improvements are targeted.
MainCare. That's what we call our quarterly room
refresh. This means fresh paint and deep cleaning of every surface.
