Jim Lowe: Executive VP Facilities/Risk
Management
With 28 years of management experience, Director
of Facilities Jim Lowe capably implements our engineering, maintenance,
security and life-safety programs. Having built an illustrious career
with Nordstrom, his exposure to customer service philosophies and
the"Nordstrom Experience" blends very favorably to the
principals of PMHS and our own proprietary HOST
program.
Jim served on the opening team for Nordstrom's
very first East Coast department store. As the flagship store and
East Coast headquarters, its success provided the springboard for
growth throughout the region. Jim was selected for the task force
to assist in opening seven additional stores in five states. For
each opening, Jim created and implemented customized versions of
Nordstrom's widely-recognized Preventative Maintenance Program.
In addition to administering annual maintenance budgets of $2 million
per store, he specialized in Energy Management and was personally
signaled-out among Nordstrom's 78 stores winning several awards.
